Spansion Japan 2006 Revolving Credit Facility
In March 2007, Spansion Japan repaid the remaining principal balance and accrued interest under this facility and voluntarily terminated the facility.
Spansion Japan 2006 Merged Revolving Credit Facility
In April 2007, Spansion Japan repaid the remaining principal balance and accrued interest under this facility and no amounts were outstanding under this
credit facility as of September 30, 2007.
