acquisition-related and integration charges and charges for goodwill and intangible asset impairment in the All Other category. Also, this category included the
sale of Personal Internet Communicator (PIC) products from the third quarter of 2005 to the third quarter of 2006, when manufacture of PIC products ceased.

been reclassified to conform to the current period’s presentation.

The Company’s operations outside the United States include both manufacturing and sales activities. The Company’s manufacturing subsidiaries are
located in Germany, Malaysia, Singapore and China. Its sales subsidiaries are located in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
