ARTICLE 3 – PARTICIPATION
311
3.1 Participation. The Participants in the Plan shall be those Directors and employees of the Employer who satisfy
the requirements of Section 2.01 of the Adoption Agreement.
3.2 Termination of Participation. The Administrator may terminate a Participant’s participation in the Plan in a
manner consistent with Code Section 409A. If the Employer terminates a Participant’s participation before the
Participant experiences a Separation from Service the Participant’
s vested Accounts shall be paid in accordance
with the provisions of Article 9.
