IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REMUNERATION POLIY IN 2015 FOR NONEXEUTIVE DIRETORS
The Non-Executve Drector fee levels were revewed n 2014 and no changes were made to the sterlng reference wth the excepton of
the Vce harman poston Wth effect from the 2015 NV and PL AMs the fees of the Vce harman wll be based on the modular fee
structure set out below, ncludng a fee of £30,000 for the Vce harman’s responsbltes The Non-Executve Drectors’ fees are set at
a reference pont n sterlng (£) and then 50% s pad n sterlng (£) by PL and 50% s pad n euros () by NV at a £/ exchange rate
whch s revewed perodcally to ensure that the balance between the fees remans approprate We revewed the exchange rate used
n ths calculaton n 2014 and updated the amount pad by NV n euros to reflect the movement n exchange rates snce 2011 when the
balance was last set The table below outlnes the updated 2015 fees

table above and s no longer applcable n 2014
We do not grant our Non-Executve Drectors any personal loans or guarantees, nor are they enttled to any severance payments
