Dr Stocker joined Telstra as a non-executive director in October 1996. He is chairman of the Audit Committee
and Technology Committee.
Experience:
Dr Stocker has had a distinguished career in pharmaceutical research and extensive experience in
management of research and development, and its commercialisation including in his roles as chief
executive of CSIRO (1990 – 1995) and subsequently as chief scientist for the Commonwealth of Australia
(1996-1999).

Mr Willcox joined Telstra as a non-executive director in May 2006. He is a member of the Nomination
Committee and the Remuneration Committee.
Mr Willcox holds a degree in physics from Cambridge University and following a 28 year career in the
international petroleum industry was appointed as CEO of BHP Petroleum Limited, from 1986 to 1994. He
has wide and diverse experience as a director and chairman of Australian and American listed companies.
