NOTES TO TABLE:
(1) The amounts shown in this column reflect the vesting and payout, in the form of our common units, of LTIP grants during 2014. For
the performance-based restricted units, the number of common units to be paid out was determined by multiplying the target number
of such restricted units by the applicable performance factor (200 percent).
(2) Value realized on vesting was determined by multiplying the number of common units to be issued upon vesting by the closing
market price of our common units on the date prior to the vesting date. These amounts do not reflect the value of units withheld by
our general partner to satisfy tax withholding obligations.
