The Company’s asset allocations by level within the fair value hierarchy at December 31, 2011 and 2010 are presented in the tables below for the
Company’s major defined benefit plans. The Company’s plan assets were accounted for at fair value and are classified in their entirety based on the
lowest level of input that is significant to the fair value measurement. The Company’s assessment of the significance of a particular input to the fair
value measurement requires judgment, and may affect the valuation of fair value of assets and their placement within the fair value hierarchy levels.
