There is no established public trading market for the Company's common stock. The Company had one record holder of common stock on March 1, 2008, and
no equity securities of the Company are authorized for issuance under any equity compensation plan.
The Company paid a dividend each calendar quarter of $0.06 per share from January through September 2006 and $0.03 per share from October 2006 through
September 2007. The Company has not paid a dividend since that time. The senior secured revolving credit facility, senior secured term loan facility, senior
unsecured cash-pay term loan facility, senior unsecured PIK term loan facility, and senior subordinated unsecured credit facility limit the Company's ability to
pay dividends. See "Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations – Liquidity and Capital Resources" and Note 14
to the accompanying financial statements included in Item 8 of this Form 10-K.
