otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Agreement), the Authorized Officers of the Issuer authorize and so direct the Bank to
execute all Instructions made pursuant to the provisions of the Agreement purporting to be from any one of the employees or Agents of the Issuer (“Authorized
Persons”) listed below and such Authorized Officers represent that said list has not been amended, modified or revoked and is in full force and effect on April
