Steven M. Rales has served as Chairman of the Board since January 1984. In addition, during the past five years, he has been a principal in private and
public business entities in the areas of manufacturing and film production. Mr. Rales is a brother of Mitchell P. Rales.
Mitchell P. Rales has served as Chairman of the Executive Committee since 1990. In addition, during the past five years, he has been a principal in private
and public business entities in the manufacturing area. Mr. Rales is a brother of Steven M. Rales.
H. Lawrence Culp, Jr. was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2001.
Daniel L. Comas was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2005. He served as Senior Vice President-Finance and Corporate
Development from April 2004 to April 2005.
