from time to time, the “Agreement;” the terms defined therein being used herein as therein defined), among Danaher Corporation (the “ Company”), its
subsidiaries party thereto (each a “Designated Borrower”) the Lenders from time to time party thereto, Bank of America, N.A., as Administrative Agent and
Swing Line Lender.
The Lenders are invited to make Bid Loans to  :

Exhibit B-2 to the Agreement and must be received by the Administrative Agent by the time specified in Section 2.03 of the Agreement for submitting
Competitive Bids.
