Sales,marketingandsupportexpensesincreasedapproximately$84.8millionduring2004ascomparedto2003,primarilydueto
thehiringofadditionalsalespersonnelandrelatedpersonnelcostsandincreasesincommissionsandothervariablecompensation
costsduetotheachievementoftargetedsalesgoalsandanincreaseinstaffingandassociatedpersonnelcostsrelatedtothe
Expertcityacquisition.Inaddition,therewasanincreaseinmarketingprogramcostsresultingfromourworldwidebrandawareness
andadvertisingcampaignandfromthemarketingofservicesrelatedtoourOnlineServicesdivision,whichwereintroducedinthe
firstquarterof2004.Theseincreaseswerepartiallyoffsetbyanincreaseintheallocationofcertainrevenuegeneratingservices
expensesfromoperatingexpensetocostofservicesrevenues.
