Tushar Morzaria joined Barclays in October 2013. He is building up to the shareholding requirement as his share awards vest (net of shares sold to
cover any income tax and social security). In addition, his 2014-2016 and 2015-2017 LTIP and SVP share awards ensure alignment with
shareholders.
