Operational risk
Analysis of operational risk
Operational risk is the risk of direct or indirect impacts
resulting from human factors, inadequate or failed
internal processes and systems or external events.
This section provides an analysis of the Group’s
operational risk profile, including events which have had
a significant impact in 2014

remediation provisions have been included within this
operational risk section.
