a The actual amount charged and amounts delivered are subject to the rules including all conditions being met prior to the expected delivery date and will vary compared with the
above expected amounts. In addition, employees receiving a deferred cash bonus may be awarded a service credit of 10% of the initial value of the award at the time that the final
