eFrançois Barrault left the company on 30 November 2008. His 2006 and 2007 awards were pro-rated and part of the awards vested and part of the awards lapsed on 10 December 2008. His 2008 award
lapsed on that date.
Details of deferred bonus awards in respect of the financial year 2008/09 are given in the table on page 64. Awards in respect of the
deferred bonuses will be granted in August 2009. The number of shares subject to the awards will be calculated using the average middle
market price of a BT share for the three days prior to the grant.
