The following table provides selected annual information for the Corporation, as defined under “Basis of
Presentation”, for the years 2006 and 2005 and for the three-month period ended December 31, 2004. The
table also provides selected information for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2004 for the
“Predecessor Company”. “Predecessor Company” refers to Air Canada prior to September 30, 2004 and
included the operations of the various entities included in the Air Canada Services segment, as well as those of
Jazz, Aeroplan and ACTS and, as such, prior results may not be comparable.
