(b) On July 13, 2015, we announced that our board of directors approved our purchase of $2.5 billion of our outstanding common stock (with no expiration
date), which was in addition to the remaining amount available under our $3 billion program previously authorized. During the third quarter of 2015,
we completed our purchases under the $3 billion program. As of December 31, 2015, we had $1.3 billion remaining available for purchase under the
$2.5 billion program.
