Compensation of officers and members of the Board
of Directors
The Guillemot brothers are paid a fixedsalary in virtue of their
posts of Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Presidents, but do not
have employment contracts.
The company did not makeany commitments towards its social
representatives regarding the termination or change of their
posts.

Stock option plan
The members of the Board of Directors have no stock option
plan.
Mrs. Yvette GUILLEMOT
Director of Ubisoft Entertainment SA.
Her term of office will expire at the Ordinary General Meeting
convened to approve the financial statements for the fiscal year
ended March 31, 2007.
