Dividend
On March 3, 2015, Staples, Inc. announced that its Board
of Directors had declared a quarterly cash dividend on
Staples, Inc. common stock of $0.12 per share. On an
annualized basis, the quarterly dividend is equal to $0.48
per share. The first quarter 2015 cash dividend was paid
on April 16, 2015, to shareholders of record on March 27,
2015.
