SECURITY OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN BENEFICIAL OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT
The following table sets forth information as of May 20, 2013, regarding the beneficial ownership of our
common stock:
• each person or group who is known by us to own beneficially more than 5% of our outstanding shares
of our common stock;
• each of our named executive officers;
• each of our directors;
• each of our selling stockholders; and
• all of our current executive officers and directors as a group.
Beneficial ownership for the purposes of the following table is determined in accordance with the rules and
regulations of the SEC. These rules generally provide that a person is the beneficial owner of securities if such
person has or shares the power to vote or direct the voting thereof, or to dispose or direct the disposition thereof
or has the right to acquire such powers within 60 days. Common stock subject to options that are currently
exercisable or exercisable or that vest within 60 days of May 20, 2013 are deemed to be outstanding and
beneficially owned by the person holding such options. These shares, however, are not deemed outstanding for
the purposes of computing the percentage ownership of any other person. Percentage of beneficial ownership is
based on 38,216,446 shares of common stock outstanding, which does not include 663,196 unvested shares of
our common stock. Except as disclosed in the footnotes to this table and subject to applicable community
property laws, we believe that each stockholder identified in the table possesses sole voting and investment
power over all shares of common stock shown as beneficially owned by the stockholder. Unless otherwise

and funds affiliated with Glenhill Capital Management LLC own 11.7% of the outstanding membership
interests of Home Holdings. Each of CP Home Holdings, LLC, Tower Three Home LLC and funds affiliated
with Glenhill Capital Management LLC may be deemed to be a member of a group exercising voting and
