POSITIONED FOR GROWTH
O'Reilly is well-positioned to capitalize on strong industry trends. Our
store expansion plans call for 130 new new stores in 2003, located
primarily within the new markets relating to the Mid-State acquisition
in 2001. These expansion plans are supported by a strong balance
sheet and very dedicated team members. We also continue to focus on
operating improvements and are relentless about expense control.
