Dividend Policy
Quarterly dividends on VF Corporation Common Stock, when
declared, are paid on or about the 20th day of March, June,
September and December.
Dividend Reinvestment Plan
The Plan is offered to shareholders by First Chicago Trust Company
of New York. The Plan provides for automatic dividend reinvestment
and voluntary cash contributions for the purchase of additional shares
of VF Corporation Common Stock. Questions concerning general
Plan information should be directed to the Office of the Vice
President – Administration, General Counsel and Secretary of VF
Corporation.
Dividend Direct Deposit
Shareholders may have their dividends deposited into their savings
