The following graph shows a comparison from December 31, 2007 through December 31, 2012 of cumulative total return for our common stock,
the Nasdaq Composite Index and the Nasdaq Computer Index. Such returns are based on historical results and are not intended to suggest future
performance. Data for the Nasdaq Composite Index and the Nasdaq Computer Index assume reinvestment of dividends. We have never paid
dividends on our common stock and have no present plans to do so.
Holders of Common Stock
On February 21, 2013, there were 26 stockholders of record.
The number of record holders is based upon the actual number of holders registered on our books at such date and does not include holders of
shares in “street names”
or persons, partnerships, associations, corporations or other entities identified in security position listings maintained by
depository trust companies.
Dividend Policy
We have never declared or paid cash dividends on our capital stock. We currently intend to retain future earnings, if any, to finance the
operation and expansion of our business, and we do not anticipate paying cash dividends in the foreseeable future.
