Impact of Stock-based compensation

Stock-based compensation expense related to RSUs is calculated based on the market price of the Company’s
common stock on the grant date. The total market value of RSUs and stock awards granted in 2011, 2010 and
2009 as measured on the grant date was $2,750 $7,989 and $147, respectively.
