Market Information and Holders
Our Class A common stock is listed on the NYSE, under the symbol ‘‘LF.’’ On February 24, 2012, there
were 2,677 holders of record of our Class A common stock and seven holders of record of our Class B
common stock.

Dividend Policy
We have never declared or paid any cash dividends on our capital stock. Our current credit facility prohibits
the payment of cash dividends on our capital stock. We expect to reinvest any future earnings in our business
and do not anticipate paying cash dividends on our common stock in the foreseeable future.
