Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation (JJDC) makes equity investments in early-

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer
support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group pur-
chasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government
health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply
chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.
Johnson & Johnson •Merck Consumer Pharmaceuticals Co. is a U.S.-based 50/50 joint
venture formed to develop and market nonprescription products derived primarily from
Merck & Co., Inc. prescription medicines, as well as products licensed and acquired from
outside sources. Current products include: Maximum Strength and Regular Strength
PEPCID®AC Acid Controller, for both the prevention and relief of heartburn and acid
indigestion; PEPCID®Complete, a combination acid controller and antacid; and anti-gas
