The following table sets forth selected consolidated financial data of the Company. The selected
consolidated balance sheet data as of December 31, 2005 and December 25, 2004 and the selected consolidated
statement of income data for the years ended December 31, 2005, December 25, 2004, and December 27, 2003 were
derived from the Company’s audited consolidated financial statements and the related notes thereto which are
included in Item 8 of this annual report on Form 10-K. The selected consolidated balance sheet data as of
December 27, 2003, December 28, 2002 and December 29, 2001, and the selected consolidated statement of income
data for the years ended December 28, 2002 and December 29, 2001 were derived from the Company’s audited
consolidated financial statements, not included herein.
