In 2012, an estimated net loss of $547 million and prior service cost of $26 million for the defined benefit pension plans
will be amortized from AOCI to net periodic benefit cost. In 2012, an estimated net loss of $2 million and prior service credit of
$4 million for other postretirement benefit plans will be amortized from AOCI to net periodic benefit cost.
