On June 12, 2007, the Company declared its quarterly cash
dividend of $0.04 per share payable on June 29, 2007. On
April 12, 2005, CA announced its plan to double its annual
dividend to $0.16 per share to be paid out in quarterly
installments of $0.04 per share as and when declared by the
Board, beginning with the dividend for the first quarter of
fiscal year 2006, which ended on June 30, 2005.
