IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, WHICH HAS ALLOWED THE CORPORATION TO IDENTIFY DIGITAL TELEVISION CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS THAT WERE NOT CANCELLED WHEN
THEY BECAME INACTIVE. THIS CHANGE RESULTED IN A DOWNWARD ADJUSTMENT OF 8,085 CUSTOMERS AS AT AUGUST 31, 2005.
