ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF GUARANTY
The undersigned, as the guarantor of the Lease pursuant to the Guaranty attached to the Lease, hereby acknowledges the terms of this
Amendment, and further acknowledges the continuing liability of the undersigned during the term of the Guaranty as guarantor with respect to
the Lease, as modified by this Amendment. Nothing herein shall be deemed to limit any provisions of the Guaranty or the continuing liability of
the undersigned for all obligations of Tenant under the Lease, as modified by this Amendment.
