Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities
In August 2011, the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") approved the repurchase of up to $500.0 million
of the Company's
common stock through a share repurchase program. During August 2012, the Board approved an additional $250.0 million
for the share
repurchase program. With this increase, the Company may repurchase up to a total of $750.0 million
of the Company's common stock under the
share repurchase program. The following table includes, if any, the Company's monthly purchases of Avnet's common stock during the fourth
quarter ended June 29, 2013 under the share repurchase program, which is
