an entity that has been acquired or purchased by an Employer. If a Participant incurs a Termination of Employment, is
then rehired by an Employer and again becomes an Active Participant, he or she will be given credit for all full Years of
Service completed prior to the Termination of Employment. If a Participant ceases to be an Active Participant prior to
incurring a Termination of Employment, he or she will not accumulate any additional Years of Service under the Plan
prior to becoming an Active Participant again.
