Section 13.1. Notices .
(a) Any notice or communication by CPF or the Trustee to the other shall be in writing and delivered in person or mailed by first-
class mail (registered or certified, return receipt requested), telex, telecopier, facsimile, electronic mail or overnight air courier guaranteeing next
day delivery, to the other’s address:

CPF or the Trustee by notice to the other may designate additional or different addresses for subsequent notices or communications;
provided , however , CPF may not at any time designate more than a total of three (3) addresses to which notices must be sent in order to be
effective.
Any notice (i) given in person shall be deemed delivered on the date of delivery of such notice, (ii) given by first class mail shall be
deemed given five (5) days after the date that such notice is mailed, (iii) delivered by telex, telecopier, facsimile or electronic mail shall be
deemed given on the date of delivery of such notice, and (iv) delivered by overnight air courier shall be deemed delivered one Business Day after
the date that such notice is delivered to such overnight courier.
