STOCK OPTIONS GRANTED BY THE COMPANY AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES TO EMPLOYEES
The Company granted 330,000 stock options to employees other than corporate officers in Fiscal Year 2010/2011. Since
the date of the grant, 40,000 have been cancelled. As a result, as of March 31, 2011, 290,000 stock options are still
outstanding.




