Stores, Inc. and Tupperware Brands Corporation.
Steven J. Martin has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 2007. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of TruGreen LawnCare from September 2003 to November 2007. Mr. Martin served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
TruGreen Companies from December 2000 to September 2003.
Greerson G. McMullen has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of ServiceMaster since August 2007. From October 2005 to May 2007,
Mr. McMullen worked at CNL Hotels & Resorts, a hotel real estate investment trust, where he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and
