Our consolidated results are primarily driven by
the results of our two operating carriers. Alaska
reported pretax income of $216.0 million in
2007, while Horizon reported a pretax loss of
$10.6 million in 2007. Financial and statistical
data for Alaska and Horizon are shown on pages
34 and 35, respectively. An in-depth discussion
of the results of Alaska and Horizon begins on
page 36.
