ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
OF
FUJITSU AMD SEMICONDUCTOR K.K.
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Name)
The name of the Company shall be Fujitsu AMD
Semiconductor Kabushiki Kaisha in Japanese and Fujitsu AMD
Semiconductor Limited in English.
Article 2 (Object)
The object of the Company shall be to engage in the
following businesses:
(1) Manufacture and sales of semiconductor integrated
circuits
(2) All business incidental to or associated with the
preceding Item
Article 3 (Location of Head Office)
The Company shall have its head office in Kawasaki-shi,
Kanagawa-ken.
Article 4 (Method of Public Notice)
Public notice of the Company shall be made in the
Official Gazette (Kampo).
