ARTICLE II
PARTICIPATION
SECTION 2.01—ACTIVE PARTICIPANT.
An Employee, who is not a Part Time Employee, shall first become an Active Participant (begin active participation in the
Plan) on the earliest date on which he is an Eligible Employee. This date is his Entry Date.
Each Employee who was an Active Participant on December 14, 2006, shall continue to be an Active Participant if he is
still an Eligible Employee on December 15, 2006, and his Entry Date shall not change.
If a person has been an Eligible Employee who has met all of the eligibility requirements above, but is not an Eligible
Employee on the date that would have been his Entry Date, he shall become an Active Participant on the date he again
becomes an Eligible Employee. This date is his Entry Date.
In the event an Employee who is not an Eligible Employee becomes an Eligible Employee, such Eligible Employee shall
become an Active Participant immediately if such Eligible Employee has satisfied the eligibility requirements above and
would have otherwise previously become an Active Participant had he met the definition of Eligible Employee. This date is
his Entry Date.
Upon again becoming an Active Participant, he shall cease to be an Inactive Participant.
There shall be no duplication of benefits for a Participant under this Plan because of more than one period as an Active
Participant.
(a) An Employee, who is a Part Time Employee, shall first become an Active Participant (begin active participation in the
Plan) on the earliest Monthly Date on which he is an Eligible Employee and has met the eligibility requirement set forth
below. This date is his Entry Date.
(1) He has one year of Eligibility Service before his Entry Date.
(b) An Inactive Participant shall again become an Active Participant (resume active participation in the Plan) on the date he
again performs an Hour of Service as an Eligible Employee. This date is his Reentry Date.
(c) A former Participant shall again become an Active Participant (resume active participation in the Plan) on the date he again
performs an Hour of Service as an Eligible Employee. This date is his Reentry Date.
