Loan Administrator means the person(s) or position(s) authorized to administer the Participant loan program.
The Loan Administrator is Senior Manager, Benefits.
Matching Contributions means contributions made by the Employer to fund this Plan that are contingent on a Participant’s
Elective Deferral Contributions. See the EMPLOYER CONTRIBUTIONS SECTION of Article III.
Monthly Date means each Yearly Date and the same day of each following month during the Plan Year beginning on such
Yearly Date.
Named Fiduciary means the person or persons who have authority to control and manage the operation and administration of
the Plan.
The Named Fiduciary is the Employer.
Nonhighly Compensated Employee means an Employee of the Employer who is not a Highly Compensated Employee.
Nonvested Account means the excess, if any, of a Participant’s Account over his Vested Account.
Normal Retirement Age means the age at which the Participant’s normal retirement benefit becomes nonforfeitable if he is an
Employee. A Participant’s Normal Retirement Age is 59

Normal Retirement Date means the earliest first day of the month on or after the date the Participant reaches his Normal
Retirement Age. Unless otherwise provided in this Plan, a Participant’s retirement benefits shall begin on a Participant’s Normal
Retirement Date if he has had a Severance from Employment on such date and has a Vested Account. However, retirement
benefits shall not begin before the later of age 62 or his Normal Retirement Age, unless the qualified election procedures of the
ELECTION PROCEDURES SECTION of Article VI are met. Even if the Participant is an Employee on his Normal Retirement
Date, he may choose to have his retirement benefit begin on such date.
Owner-employee means a Self-employed Individual who, in the case of a sole proprietorship, owns the entire interest in the
unincorporated trade or business for which this Plan is established. If this Plan is established for a partnership, an Owner-
employee means a Self-employed Individual who owns more than 10 percent of either the capital interest or profits interest in
such partnership.
Parental Absence means an Employee’s absence from work:
(a) by reason of pregnancy of the Employee,
(b) by reason of birth of a child of the Employee,
(c) by reason of the placement of a child with the Employee in connection with adoption of such child by such Employee, or
