Studio Legale Racugno: the director Gabriele Racugno, member of Tiscali S.p.A.’s Board of
Directors, since 21 December 2009, provides Tiscali Italia S.p.A. with legal and out-of-court
assistance;
Monteverdi S.r.l: a company invested in by the majority shareholder and Chairman of the
Board of Directors Renato Soru. The transaction in question refers to a rental agreement for
space used to store company documents.
Income statement and statement of financial position transactions with related parties are detailed in
the section “Related Party transactions” in the explanatory notes to the 2014 financial statements.
Compliance with the Tax Consolidation scheme
The Company exercised the option for consolidated taxation headed up by the parent company Tiscali
S.p.A. for the following companies:
Tiscali S.p.A.
Tiscali Italia S.p.A.
Veesible S.r.l.
Indoona S.r.l.
Istella S.r.l.
The dealings deriving from compliance with the consolidation scheme are disciplined by means a
specific “Regulation” agreement, which envisages a common procedure for the application of the
legislative and regulatory provisions.
