The item “Payables to banks”, amounting to around EUR 65.4 million, essentially includes bank debts
owed by the Italian subsidiary Tiscali Italia S.p.A. and Veesible S.r.l. (EUR 12.5 million) and Tiscali UK
Holding for EUR 52.8 million (short-term portion of Senior loan, see note 24 for details).

Payables for financial leases, amounting to EUR 10.5 million, refer to the short-term portion of
payables due to leasing companies for financial lease agreements. For further details, see note 24.
