The item “Restructuring costs and other write-downs” includes the professional charges incurred for
the signing of the new Senior debt restructuring agreement, on 23 December 2014, for EUR 1.4
million.
The other write-downs refer by contrast to the credit positions vis-à-vis the UK subsidiary deemed as
unrecoverable.
