Market of Common Stock
Our common stock has been traded publicly on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “SPRT” since July 19, 2000. Before July 19, 2000,
there was no public market for our common stock. The following table sets forth the highest and lowest sale price of our common stock for the quarters

Dividend Policy
We have not declared or paid any cash dividends on our capital stock since our inception and do not expect to do so in the foreseeable future. We currently
anticipate that all future earnings, if any, generated from operations will be retained by us to develop and expand our business. Any future determination with
respect to the payment of dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend upon, among other things, our operating results, financial
condition and capital requirements, the terms of then-existing indebtedness, general business conditions and such other factors as the Board of Directors deems
relevant.

The following graph illustrates a comparison of the cumulative total stockholder return (change in stock price plus reinvested dividends) of the Company’s
Common Stock and the CRSP Total Return Index for the Nasdaq U.S. Stocks (the “Nasdaq Composite Index”) and Nasdaq Computer and Data Processing
Services Index from December 31, 2004 through December 31, 2009. The graph assumes that $100 was invested on December 31, 2004 in us, the Nasdaq
Composite Index and the Nasdaq Computer and Data Processing Services Index and that all dividends were reinvested. No cash dividends have been declared or
paid on our common stock. Our common stock has been traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market since July 19, 2000. The comparisons in the table are
required by the Securities and Exchange Commission and are not intended to forecast or be indicative of possible future performance of our common stock.
