(the date our stock began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market) and December 29, 2013, with the cumulative total return of
(i) the Nasdaq Composite Index and (ii) the S&P Food Retail Index, over the same period.
The comparison assumes that $100.00 was invested in our common stock, the Nasdaq Composite Index and the S&P Food
