number one in the National Airline Quality Rating Study, conducted annually by the W.
Frank Barton School of Business at Wichita State University and the University of
Nebraska at Omaha. The ranking includes 19 separate criteria, including ontime
performance, safety, baggage handling, Customer Service, and financial stability. We
also have the best Customer Satisfaction ranking of any major U.S. airline, based on
statistics published by the U.S. Department of Transportation, for the eighth year in a
row.
