The estimated prior-service credit that will be amortized from Accumulated other comprehensive loss into net
periodic benefit cost over 2011 is $14 million for postretirement plans. The estimated net loss that will be
amortized from Accumulated other comprehensive loss into net periodic benefit cost over 2011 is approximately
$17 million for defined benefit pension plans and $2 million for postretirement plans.
The accumulated benefit obligation for all defined benefit pension plans was $2,899 million and $2,507 million
at December 31, 2010 and December 31, 2009, respectively.
