Right Management gross profit contracted 8% in constant currency.
This was mitigated through cost reductions and by improving
efficiency, including enhancing our delivery model with an integrated
technology platform. As global career experts, Right Management
continued to focus on its core strengths of career and talent
management, and made investments in its Centers of Excellence
and tailored solutions to help companies assess, develop and
transition their talent for faster time to value.
ManpowerGroup Solutions delivered 12% gross profit growth
in constant currency in 2014, with great performance from our
Recruit ment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and TAPFIN-Managed
Services Provider (MSP) businesses. RPO was named the global
leader for the fourth consecutive year by analysts from NelsonHall
and Everest Group. TAPFIN retained its market leadership position
for the third consecutive year and earned 38% of all global MSP
deals. We also saw good growth in our Talent Based Outsourcing
(TBO) business, with our France-based Proservia brand creating a
solid foundation for our IT infrastructure management offering.
In summary, we are pleased with our performance during the course
of the year, and by the additional opportunities we have to explore for
our continued success.
