Insurance – Banking – Asset Management
Insurance Europe
Operates the insurance and asset management activities in Europe.
Main insurance activities are in the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Greece and
Central Europe. Here we offer life insurance with a particular focus on pensions.
In the Netherlands and Belgium we also offer non-life insurance.
Insurance Americas
Provides insurance, investment, retirement and asset management products and
services in the region. In the United States, ING is a top-10 provider of retirement
services, based on sales. In Canada, we are the leading property and casualty insurer,
based on gross premiums. We are also active in Mexico, Chile, Peru and Brazil.
Insurance Asia/Pacifi c
Conducts life insurance and asset/wealth management activities in the region.
We are well-established in Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand,
South Korea and Taiwan. Our activities in China, India and Thailand are key
future growth engines.
